Here is an old image of the dam that still exists on the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River that runs to the left of the Deer Park property. My guess is the building in the upper right hand corner may have been a caretaker's cottage or servant's quarters. The condo clubhouse sits in the approximate location now.
The dam is on the main Pemigewasset river. The east branch runs by Loon, they join just south of route 112.
